When one single blog is a threat to your entire Adsense account, it's better to delete the blog before being blacklisted.

Here is the step by process to delete your blog permanently.
Step 1
Click on settings.
Step 2
Under Manage Blog click on 'Remove your blog'
A dialogue box will come. From this select Delete.
Step 3
From the next page, click on 'PERMANENTLY DELETE'
Step 4
From the dialogue box click on 'PERMANENTLY DELETE'
The blog has been deleted permanently. Thank you for your patience.
